Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the monthly subscription and a share of each treatment a patient pays for. Nothing up front.
What happens if we go over the patient cap?
We tell you before you hit it and move you to the next plan from the following month. Nothing stops working.
Who collects the money from the patient?
Plexus does, after a licensed provider has signed. Your share settles into your Stripe Connect account. The clinic never handles a card number.
Can we cancel?
Any month, on a monthly plan. Your patient records and your domain are yours to export on the way out.
